SMS Privacy Policy

This policy explains how we handle mobile phone numbers and information related to our SMS alert program.

Mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS consent) is never sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile opt-in data is shared with third parties.

Phone numbers provided for this program are used solely to deliver the operational and system alerts described in our Terms of Service. They are not used for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.

We do not store message content or recipient phone numbers beyond what is operationally necessary to deliver alerts and meet legal/carrier obligations. Numbers are retained only while an individual is an active, opted-in recipient and are deleted upon opt-out (subject to any minimal records required by law).

We use a messaging carrier/aggregator (e.g., our SMS provider) solely to transmit messages. They process data only as needed to deliver messages and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
