SMS Terms of Service

This SMS messaging program delivers operational and informational alerts from our automated monitoring and management systems (for example, sensor threshold alerts and system status notifications) to authorized employees who have opted in to receive them.

This program is intended for our employees and authorized personnel. By opting in during onboarding (or by texting a designated opt-in keyword), you consent to receive automated SMS messages at the mobile number you provided.

Message frequency varies and depends on the activity of the monitored systems.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REVOKE. After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages, unless you opt back in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
